We Build is proud to own an in-house construction company that works solely on our developments. Our construction company has been trading for the past 8 years, and employs a highly effective team who have worked closely together on each scheme we deliver. This allows us to be in complete control of project delivery, enabling us to reallocate resources as required whilst having full control on project costs and quality.
Excellent knowledge of planning
Maximising site value is critical for any developer, and for every scheme we acquire we always endeavour to enhance the existing planning permission. We have excellent knowledge of permitted development planning rules. We work with our in-house construction team and specialist consultants well in advance of starting works to make the layouts as efficient as possible and maximise the number of units in a development.
